The other day I received my monthly credit card statement and I came across something fairly interesting and creative as I opened up my statement. I noticed the envelope card holders send back to the credit card company has advertising all over it! I started to crack up, this is ridiculous! On the back of the envelope it had a very eye catching advertisement for a blue tooth headset, but only it wasn’t a booth tooth set. It was actually disguised as a cellphone hands free device but really it was a secret sound amplifier! It can pick up conversations from distances away. I guess they got their message across cause they got me to read their ad! Just another gateway for the mass commercial media to maximize profits and sell ad’s to advertisers. I kind of found this disturbing because ad’s are literally everywhere and now its like when I the customer pays my credit card bill for the month, I have to deal with companies trying to make me purchase these products while I write a check. We all have choices, I am choosing not to pay attention to this scam.
